Terms of Service
These terms describe the conditions under which the hisejo.info website may be used. They are written under the law of the Republic of Poland, including the Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) of 23 April 1964 and, where applicable, the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014. Reading them takes a few minutes and covers what this website is, what it is not, and what happens if something on it turns out to be wrong.
A. What this website is
This website provides informational content about appliance repair services offered by Hisejo, including descriptions of washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and dryer repair, general pricing orientation, and a contact form for arranging a visit. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to repair a specific appliance at a specific price; each repair is priced individually once a technician has inspected it in person.
B. Accuracy of content
Descriptions of symptoms, typical price ranges and repair processes are provided for general orientation. Appliance faults vary by brand, model, age and prior history of use, so actual findings during a home visit may differ from the general information described on this website. Where a discrepancy arises, the written estimate provided during the diagnostic visit takes precedence over any figure mentioned on this site.
C. Acceptable use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes connected to seeking information about, or arranging, appliance repair services. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the operation of the website, extract its content for unrelated commercial use, or submit false information through the contact form with the intent to mislead.
D. Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and logo appearing on this website belong to Hisejo unless otherwise indicated, and are protected under the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of 4 February 1994. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Reproduction for other purposes requires prior written permission.
E. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted under Polish law, Hisejo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including reliance on general pricing figures that differ from an eventual quote. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection provisions of Polish law, nor does it affect any warranty terms agreed separately at the time a repair is booked.

Where this website links to external resources, such as a map service, those resources are operated by third parties under their own terms. Hisejo is not responsible for the content or availability of external websites.
G. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Any dispute arising from the use of this website that cannot be resolved directly with our office may be brought before the competent Polish court, or, where applicable to a consumer, an alternative dispute resolution body recognised under Polish consumer protection law.

These terms may be revised periodically to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
