Diagnosis happens in your home
An appliance rarely behaves the same way in a workshop as it does connected to your plumbing, wiring and floor. We look at it where it lives.
Our mission
Hisejo was built around one idea: a household appliance repair should not feel uncertain. You should know roughly what is wrong, roughly what it costs, and whether it actually worked once the technician has left.
Why we do it this way
An appliance rarely behaves the same way in a workshop as it does connected to your plumbing, wiring and floor. We look at it where it lives.
A written price is presented before any repair begins, not estimated verbally and adjusted later. You decide with the full picture in front of you.
We source original manufacturer components rather than generic equivalents, and back the labour behind them with a twelve-month warranty.
Once a repair is done, the job is not considered finished until someone has followed up to confirm the appliance is behaving normally.

Technicians working under the Hisejo name are trained on the appliance brands most commonly found in Polish households and keep a shared log of parts availability across Warsaw, Kraków and the Tri-City area. Scheduling is handled centrally so a booking in one city does not get lost between routes.

Appliance repair tends to work best when the same provider can be reached again if something related comes up later. That continuity, more than anything, shaped how the service is structured: shared records, consistent pricing logic, and a follow-up call as standard practice rather than an afterthought.
Day to day
There is no call centre script and no attempt to sell a repair you did not ask about. A dispatcher notes the appliance type, the symptom, and the address, then assigns the nearest available technician.
Every van carries a working stock of common seals, thermostats, bearings and control boards, so a large share of repairs can be completed during the first visit once the fault is confirmed. Where a specific part must be ordered from the manufacturer, we say so upfront and give a realistic estimate for when it will arrive, rather than a vague promise.
This document does not claim to be the only sensible way to run an appliance repair service. It describes the approach Hisejo has chosen, and the reasoning behind each part of it, so that you can decide whether it suits the problem you are dealing with.
