Pricing

A price you see before any repair, not after.

This page explains the diagnostic fee, how repair quotes are put together, and what the labour warranty covers. It is meant to remove guesswork, not to sell a particular outcome.

The diagnostic visit

One fixed fee covers the inspection.

A technician visit to inspect the appliance and identify the fault carries a fixed diagnostic fee. If you choose to proceed with the repair during the same visit, that fee is credited toward the final invoice. If you decide not to proceed, only the diagnostic fee applies, and you are told this in advance.

Printed repair estimate and pen resting on a kitchen counter next to an appliance manual

The written estimate lists the suspected fault, the part required if any, and the labour involved. It is handed to you on paper or sent by message before the technician continues, so there is time to ask questions or decline.

Prices vary by appliance brand, part availability and the complexity of the fault, which is why we do not publish a single fixed rate for every job. The ranges below describe what customers have typically seen, and are provided for orientation rather than as a binding quote.

Typical repair ranges

Orientation figures, confirmed in writing per visit.

Washing machines

180 – 550 zł

Covers common issues such as pump replacement, door seal repair or bearing service, depending on the model and part cost.

Dishwashers

160 – 480 zł

Includes drainage clearing, heating element checks and door latch or seal repairs on most residential models.

Refrigerators & freezers

200 – 650 zł

Ranges from thermostat and seal replacement to compressor-related diagnostics on older units.

Ovens & dryers

170 – 520 zł

Covers heating element, thermostat and ignition repairs on ovens, and drum belt or heating faults on dryers.

These figures reflect a general range observed across past visits and are not a quotation. The exact amount for your appliance is confirmed on site, before any repair work is carried out.

Twelve-month labour warranty

Labour performed during a repair is covered for twelve months. If the same fault reappears within that period, the follow-up visit is assessed at no additional labour charge, subject to inspection.

Payment & invoicing

Payment is collected once the repair is complete and confirmed to be working, by card or bank transfer. A VAT invoice is provided for every completed job on request.

Rescheduling

Appointments can be moved or cancelled ahead of the scheduled time by phone or email. We ask for reasonable notice so the technician route can be adjusted for other customers.

Parts on order

When a part is not carried in the van, the technician orders it from the manufacturer and gives a realistic estimate of arrival time before a second visit is scheduled.
