Hisejo sends a technician to your home to look at the washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven or dryer that is giving you trouble. You get a diagnosis the same day, a price before anything is repaired, and a phone call afterward to check that it held.
What we repair
Most household breakdowns fall into a handful of patterns. Our technicians carry diagnostic tools and a stocked van so that the appliance in question, whichever it is, gets a clear answer without a second trip.
Drum bearings, drainage pumps, door seals, control boards and unusual noises during spin cycles are checked in the same visit as the initial diagnosis.
Poor drainage, cloudy glassware, leaking doors and heating element faults are among the concerns we look into on standard and built-in models.
Cooling loss, compressor noise, frost build-up and thermostat behaviour are assessed with attention to food safety timelines.
Uneven heating, faulty ignition, thermostat drift on ovens, and overheating or slow drying cycles on tumble dryers are both covered by the same appointment type.
How the service works
None of this is complicated. It is mostly a matter of doing things in the right order and telling you what is happening at each step.

Appointments booked before early afternoon are usually seen the same day, depending on the technician route already scheduled in your district. A visit means a physical inspection, not a phone guess, so the cause of the fault is identified before any part is ordered or any repair is proposed.

Once the fault is identified, you receive a written estimate covering parts and labour. Nothing is dismantled or ordered until you decide to proceed. If the technician later finds something additional once the appliance is opened, that is discussed with you before continuing, not added afterward.

Where a replacement part is required, we fit parts sourced from the appliance manufacturer or its authorised distributor rather than generic substitutes. Labour carried out during the repair carries a twelve-month warranty, and the paperwork left with you states what was replaced and when.

A few days after the appointment, someone from our office calls to ask how the appliance has been running. It is a short conversation, meant to catch anything that needs a second look while the visit is still fresh in mind.
From first call to finished repair
Call, email or use the contact form to describe what the appliance is doing, or not doing. We ask a few questions to prepare the right parts and tools before the visit.
A technician arrives at the agreed time, inspects the appliance, and explains what is wrong in plain terms. You receive a written price before any repair starts.
Once you approve the quote, the repair is carried out using original parts where needed. A follow-up call is scheduled a few days later to confirm everything is running as expected.
