Who answers the phone
Appointments are coordinated by a small scheduling team who work closely with the technicians on the road, so questions about timing, parts or pricing get answered by someone who actually knows the day's route. If a technician is running behind on a previous job, you are told before your window arrives, not left waiting without word.
